Returns & Exchanges


We only consider a package lost if it has not arrived 6 weeks after the shipping date (Canada Post Guidelines) has passed.


Final Sales

  • All items purchased are considered final sale.

  • Items purchased will not be eligible for return/exchange or store credit.

Items that may be eligible for exchange

Please send an email to:, requesting an exchange (and the reason for the exchange), and we will assess each situation individually. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be defective or damaged. It must also be unworn and in the original packaging.

If an item is found to be eligible for  a Return/Exchange review, please note we only offer exchanges and no returns/refunds at this point. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

Cancelling an order

An order cannot be cancelled or refunded once it is shipped.
